1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the WEBFIXD website or purchase a WEBFIXD website package, managed-care plan or separately quoted service. By approving an order or paying an agreed invoice, you accept the terms that apply to that project.

2. Scope of work

The package or quote will state what is included, such as page allowance, revision rounds, forms, SEO setup and optional extras. Anything outside the agreed scope is additional work and may require a separate quote.

3. Pricing and payment

Build prices and monthly care prices are shown on the website for standard projects. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Payment timing, deposits or staged payments will be set out in the project agreement or invoice.

Third-party charges — including domains, email licences, booking platforms, ecommerce services, premium imagery or other software — are separate unless expressly included.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, access credentials and feedback reasonably required to complete the project. Delays in supplying these items may move the estimated launch date.

5. Content and permissions

You must have the right to use any text, images, logos, trademarks or other materials you supply. WEBFIXD is not responsible for claims arising from client-supplied material that infringes another party's rights.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are limited to the number stated in the selected package or quote. A revision round means a consolidated set of reasonable changes to the agreed design or content. New functionality, new pages or major changes of direction may be treated as additional work.

7. Launch and acceptance

You will have an opportunity to review the site before launch. Approval to launch, or use of the completed site in production, will be treated as acceptance of the agreed work subject to any outstanding items recorded in writing.

8. Managed hosting and care

Standard WEBFIXD packages include a monthly managed-care plan covering hosting, SSL, backups, routine technical maintenance and support according to the selected package.

The managed-care plan has an initial 12-month term. The project agreement will confirm when that term begins, the monthly charge, any included update/support allowance and what happens after the initial term.

9. Domains and third-party services

Domains, email systems, payment processors, booking tools, analytics services and other external products remain subject to the third party's own terms and availability. WEBFIXD cannot guarantee the ongoing operation or pricing of a third-party service.

10. Ownership and intellectual property

Once agreed build charges have been paid, you own the completed website content and agreed project files created specifically for you, excluding WEBFIXD's reusable systems, methods, frameworks and any third-party licensed material.

Third-party software, fonts, imagery and services remain subject to their original licence terms.

11. Cancellations and project changes

If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs incurred for the project. Any project-specific cancellation terms stated in your order take priority.

12. Availability and support

WEBFIXD aims to provide reliable websites and timely support, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, external provider outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

13. Liability

WEBFIXD will take reasonable care in providing the services. To the extent permitted by law, WEBFIXD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption or losses caused by third-party services, client-supplied content or actions outside WEBFIXD's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

WEBFIXD may update these website terms from time to time. The version agreed for a specific project will continue to govern that project unless both sides agree otherwise.
